Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

EXUNU provides software-generated market analysis and trading signals for selected financial instruments, including a suggested direction, entry, stop loss, take-profit levels, a reward-to-risk read. The Service is an analysis and educational tool only.

EXUNU is not a broker, dealer, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or operate wallets, and there are no deposits or withdrawals on the Service.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any instrument. All decisions you make are your own. See our Risk Disclosure for important warnings about trading risk.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use the Service where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading in your jurisdiction.

• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features require PRO access. Access may be granted through verification with a partner broker or through a paid subscription, as described on the Unlock Access page. PRO access is activated after the relevant verification or payment is confirmed.

• Plan availability, pricing, and terms may change; the terms shown at the time you unlock apply to that period.
• Subscriptions provide access for the stated period and may be managed from your dashboard.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once access has been activated.
• We are not responsible for fees, terms, or actions of any third-party broker or payment provider.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or share signals or other content without permission;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to derive the underlying models or source;
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Share your account with others or create accounts by automated means.

The Service, including its software, models, design, text, and brand marks, is owned by EXUNU or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service may rely on or link to third parties (for example brokers, market-data providers, and payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXUNU and its team will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXUNU from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
